2006 is the Year of birth of the idea of an online based and therewith location independent multilingual Realtor software, with the requirement of being completely dynamic in object in-put and object presentation. Realtor software "as a Service" is the latest and most modern concept, which should be provided to the Realtor very cost-efficient, user-friendly and always up-to date. Already in the Year 2006 it became obvious that the East-European countries would get more and more financially strong and a new market would come into existence. This new development required the integration of the Russian language into the Software.
In the Year 2007 puertaMedia, Jacqueline Fabian, developed the Software puertaSystem V3, which has convinced from inception on numerous international realtors because of its dynamical, user- friendly handling and the very stable system performance. The integration of the Russian language into the multilingual Realtor software and the adequate further extension of puertaSystems Software became the starting point for many Realtors to approach the East-European countries.
In the Year 2008 more multilingual specific solutions for different lines of businesses have been developed, based on puertaSystems V3 - such as puertaSystem for Yachts and puertaSystem for Automobiles.
puertaSystem for Real Estates have been extended with the new addition leisure home rentals. A system-wide multilingual customer- and contact administration complements puertaSystems V3 and is currently extensively in usage by international entrepreneurs and their personnel working in areas such as real estates, yachts, automobiles and leisure home rentals.
